You don't need a license for a scooter under 50cc. Atleast the registration has to say it's less than 50 cc. You can buy a 50cc scooter and then tweak it up to 70cc or so.

I have a Derbi Bullet. It's a 2 stroke 49cc scooter. It's a blast to ride and of course dirt cheap. I had a kit put in that puts it up to 70cc and i can easily do 110km/h on the highway and 70-80...

Get a Mac and set yourself free. Had my laptop for 2 years. Never had a virus (don't even have virus protection) and when you open it up and turn it on it's ready to go in about 15 seconds.

I just added a sailfin to my tank that has a yellow tang in it already. The yellow is the boss of the tank so he's putting the sailfin in it's place but i'm hoping they'll establish the hierarchy.

It honestly doesn't look overcrowded at all. I don't like the overcrowded look and from a lot of the tanks i've seen, mine looks pretty sparse. The tangs are all >2inches.
