More = better? Heh, I just go crazy with the main tank flow using powerheads and whatnot. I lean towards PH's over closed loop because the newer ones put out a LOT of movement and consume less...

What test kits are you using and have you tried testing the water prior to adding it to your tank?

Those parameters would help out for anyone else who felt like testing their salt.
