Rethinking how I feed nori ..
So I feed nori to my fish by wrapping a piece around a piece of PVC hung in the tank by fishing line and then using an elastic to hold the nori on. Pretty standard fare, I think most people do it...

Does look great. Patterning is indeed more typical of squamosa. As stated the true test is the byssal opening, squammies have them very small compared to maxima or crocea. Mantle and shell otherwise...
