What size(flow)is your overflow box,the return pump seems small to me "250gph",once you ad the head plus elbows you will have very little flow,maybe 150gph.What do you keep in your tank?

you want your pump to be rated higher than you overflow box,you have to take in considaration of the head you will be putting on your pump.
HEAD means the hight the pump has to push the water up to...
