an idea of what? Are you asking for recommendations on equipment or experience with goreef?

I have bought from goreef, they are great, any problems and Mathieu will fix it.

I ordered from them once...Never again.


Very poor communication/customer care...I made my order, three weeks later I hadn't seen anything nor heard from them, check my credit card, charges were made the same day as my order, called them up to see if I could get a tracking number only for them to tell me they hadn't shipped it yet. Yet everytime I've ordered from J&L, I recieve my orders within a week.

cale, that's not the norm. I have ordered from them a few times and when you order you choose shipping 1-2 days or 2-9 something like that. I ordered frozen food from them once and it thawed before it got to me, I sent them an email and they quickly resent the food with a faster delivery free of charge. I ask many questions before I buy something and Mathieu has always been quick to reply with an answer.

Did you order an item that wasn't in stock?

I've ordered from GoReef a number of times, and the only time I had any problems one quick email and Mathieu sent the replacement product right away. I would recommend him to others and I'll continue to order from him.

Maybe not but that's been my experience, even after talking to them on the phone I still didn't see my order for more than two weeks.

I ordered from them last month and was short shipped one product. I emailed them about this and asked for a credit to my paypal account. I received the credit the same day and an email apologizing for the mix up. So a good vendor in my experience.

Eveything I ordered showed in-stock...and if it wasn't they should have contacted me to let me know, gave me options and not charged my cc until the item was indeed shipped.

seemingly most feedbacks are positive. i'm gonna purchase a skimmer and t5 fixture--totally fairly many many bucks. so i'll be callin the guy mathieu on monday.

hopefully he speaks english. my french sucks and no one understands what i spoke of few days ago when i was there, clearing custom for my tank.

I purchased my Tunze ATO and my AI LED lights from them. Both transactions went well. I had some problems with the ATO and Mathieu helped me out a lot. Definitely on my good list of online retailers.
