Yes I have a check valve on the ro water output. The drain Line has no check valve. I email you about it, and when I'm off shift I'll give you guys a call.
I know the check valve works as I moved it around to the inlet side and it pressurized and held it. Is there a different check valve to be used with an shut off, verus a non shut off? I've also set it up not to use the di canister, but it still does the same. So I reattached the di canister up.

Hopefully I'll figgure out what's wrong with the unit soon.
