Tank build, need sump/refugium advice

Posted 12-20-2009 at 09:00 PM by ZachAttack
hey guys, I am getting a 90 G tanks, and have a 30G I'm going to use as a sump. What would be a good choice for a pump for return, and what is a recommended turn over rate? Also, does anyone have any idea how to make a siphon that won't quit on me when when the power dies??

Tank Buffer Systems ** Need Help **

Posted 12-15-2009 at 09:34 PM by ZachAttack
Hey guys, I'm pretty new at the marine tank thing. I've had my 30 gallon tank going for about 6 months now, and still haven't introduced any sort of corals or plant life at all. Any suggestions about what I should introduce first, being the most hardy?? Also, I've been recommended a few products, "Bionic Buffer System," "Purple Up," and "Prime 1 & Prime 2." Does anyone have suggestions as to where I can purchase these online?? Any tips and advice is appreciated.
