GHL Dosing Pump Review Ideal For 2 Part & Balling

For our monthly review we are putting the spotlight on the GHL dosing pump station range.

Firstly the Mega popular GHL Stand alone doser system with built in onboard computer controller



These dosing pumps are a stand alone unit so no need for the GHL computer. You can even control another dosing unit with the stand-alone model, giving you the potential for 8 dosing pumps.

The computer is built into the dosing pump with the same dosing controls as the full Profilux system giving you full control over each dosing pump.

Extra pumps can be added to 1,2 and 3 pump versions to make it into a larger unit.

The unit can be programmed in two modes -

Auto and manual

Auto mode - the computer will stagger your dosing regime over a 24 hour period so no two dosing sequences over lap

manual mode - In this mode you program the doser to come on when you desire during the day.

The units can dose as little as 1ml a day!

The GHL ProfiLux controlled doser Station



GHL profilux dosing pump is controlled via the ProfiLux Plus II or plus II EX controller.

This gives you the same functionality as the stand alone the only difference is the control comes from the ProfiLix Aquatic computer (sold seperately).

The GHL range of high performance dosing pumps brings a complete new concept in dosing liquids to your system, whether it be a full low nutrient balling method or just simple kalk dosing or water top up.

The units come in 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 station modules but the 1 - 2 and 3 modules can be upgraded at any time to further pumps. These can also be daisy chained to a maximum of 8 pumps (2 modules)

Quality

The GHL range of dosing stations are German designed built with all parts being German also, therefore as you would expect reliability and longevity key to this range providing years trouble free operation.

Furthermore each pump can be replaced as a single unit making the whole system 100% serviceable

The doser controlled by the ProfiLux aquatic computers has one more trick up its sleave!

As the unit is controlled by the ProfiLux controller you can then program the doser to react to a float or level sensor on the profilux for auto top off control.
