Default LF CO2 equipment

im looking for co2 equipment for the aquamaxx calcium reactor

wanted equipment: 5-Pound Cylinder, CO2 Regulator, Needle Valve & Solenoid Package

Just a heads up when buying a used CO2 bottle. They are only fillable for 5 years from the date stamped on the cylinder. After that you need to take it in for a hydrotest. if it passes, (rarely they don't) they stamp it for another 5 years.

But the cost of a hydrotest is negligible if you're filling up the tank anyways.

Correct, and most places don't charge you if it fails. HydroTest around the Lower Mainland is about $25.00

Well i think im going with a new co2 tank anyway, but the info is very helpful im new to using a calcium reactor thx guys

I have a new set up for sale comes compleat with calcium reactor and co2 tank 10 lb. The tank is brand new and the reactor is too. It's a reef octopus also have the ph controller and aqua lifter as well 450.00 single chamber.
