Thinking its time for a change workwise. I enjoy what I do, but I think senior management in our office is not very effective and a total moral killer. 6 years I've put up with the moodiest boss on the planet and I just can not take it anymore. He says he wants to split GM duties with me....sure I'll take on more with no raise, just like my promotion last year, no raise. No thank you!

I just asked my 2yr old daughter to come cuddle and she replied with "no, I cuddle with nightnight" (her blanket)
