Perhaps we could change the time to 12(noon) till 6pm. To accommodate some of those that are going to the auction. That way they could still attend and hopefully snag a few nice peices and win some prizes as well?

I don't know if having 2 events on one day will work for those of us going to the auction since most of the VAHC members will be there early in the morning (by 9:30) and stay most of the day to pay off their bill at the end of the auction. So they would have to keep any frags they want to bring in a bag all day, then drive from North Van down to Richmond. I'm usually beat by the end of the auction so I don't think I would come down and try to catch the last hour or half hour of the reef event. Only those who leave the auction at lunch time will probably head to Richmond. They only do the money transactions at noon and at the end.

Thanks Ant. If that's the case we can just leave it at what we originally had planned. I'll wait for a few more responsese before confirming the times then.
