Check your replacement regents with another test kit like Salifert, Red Sea etc... I hear news on a another forum that there may be discrepancies with the new ones as well.

Still waiting on mine. Mistakes happen, but if the replacement is still messed up, i'm done with Hanna - for good.

Got mine today too. They must have done a mass mailing. Sent mine in on Jan 27.
