Looks GREAT Brett, very well done indeed. Glad to see the 404 with livestock finally & very inventive light hanger, super cool.

Now get to work cleaning the rest of that mess up

BTW nice cheezie tune on the vid

Thanks guys.

Mike the tank and eurobracing is 3/4" glass. The euros are 5" wide I think and the inner bracing around the bottom of the tank is strips of 1/2" thick glass I believe.

I can't remember who I saw on canreef use a pvc slider like that but I'm just a copycat =) I added an extra degree of freedom I guess. Was going to have an inner and outer sleeve for the verticals and use a peg system to set height as well but got lazy.

As for the 'cheezie tune' watch yourself them's fightin' words!

Dude that tank looks sick, can't believe you've already pulled that much gunk out of your tank already

f you watch the whole thing you'll see I've abandoned drawer slides finally in favour of a pvc light rack. It allows me to slide each light individually front-to-back and side-to-side. Lovin' it!
Brett things look great, nice job! I love that PVC rig for the lighting.
What a cool idea!

Looks great Brett.

I'm jealous of that water clarity!

Thanks again!

Robb I don't even have the ROX running yet and the watchman goby is making sure he finds all the fines still left in the sand after rinising lol. It is pretty clear already tho...

On another note... sure is a nice feeling to finally turn my kole loose in some decent space. He never seemed unhappy before but the way he glides now (and the squareback too) is awesome. Nobody covers ground faster than my melanarus... he's on speed in this tank!

Looks good! I love watching fish swim around in big tanks...that's something you just can't accomplish in small tanks no matter what. The light rack is brilliant...I'm going to steal that idea sometime when I can apply it.
