I caved today and cranked up the house A/C
I'm tired of being tired 'cause I can't sleep
The house was again over 84 and climbing @ 6pm
It's now a cozy 78 @ midnight, but it's only 74 in my office


Why should only the fishies be comfy

I'm sure the tank heaters will be coming on anytime soon

Can't wait for the Hydro bill in November

i brought out the a/c as well but only run it for 4 hours. i have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 18 geckos to regulate!

and I am a female working in a mens industry... i deal with the holier then thou union techs daily....needless to say, they don't get very far with me!

I hear ya sister, I work in an industry which is filled with old boys club mentality, from brokers to contractors to presidents of oil companies. I don't care who you are, you have no right to be disrespectful, degrading, or rude.

leah I am fully a chick.... at least last time I checked I was anyway what made you think I was a guy? I might not be a heels every day girl, but I still have my nails done! lmao!!!

Yup i work in that industry, I am the youngest and incharge of running the shop crew which are all atleast 20yrs my sr. NOw the shop crew is easy, it's to field techs that need a swift kick in the rear!

I am not sure... just by some of the things you said on here made me rethink I had it wrong and you were actually a guy. In my defense life confuses me most of the time...so PLEASE do not take it to heart.

Oh I don't at all don't worry.... it was likely the references I make about my wife telling me NO... and if that's the case... yes that could make me sound male! lol!
