with the size of your corals,

why not snipping off 5 frags of each colony, wait 4 months, so everything can heal, and than sell 100 colony's at avarage $40 = 4.000 + 500 x $15 = $ 7500

totalling almost $12.000, and you would hardly se on the corals that you cut something off

I think the $ 7500 on frags you wil reach faster than the 4.000 in colony's

not telling you to cut everything up, that would be a shame, but thee is some wiggle room somewhere 1/2 way

Kevin, if I had 100 buyers lined up, that might work. but if I can sell 4 frags a month in town, I'm having a good month
This is about emptying my tank quickly at a fair price to me and a buyer, and rebuilding with a different look. I also don't have room to grow out that many frags for 4 months -lol

I suppose it could be done, but you'd need a heated truck, lots of water, pumps and separators in the tanks. And lots of coffee

What new look are you wanting in the tank? Got tired of the 'mature and awesome SPS filled reef' look?

Something more artistic. Maybe like that one with the right 80% as a shelf

Or more tabling pieces. Not really decided, and probably not going to get there. I also may have to dismantle the left side rock before it dismantles itself at 3am. Then I'll have a 3rd of the tank as "new" looking. Trying to avoid that -lol
