In your other spot where you're thinking peninsula is there room behind it for tank room? Otherwise everything is going to have to fit in the stand and that might be a consideration to take into account too.

Hmmmmmmmmm well you must of been here talking to the Wife Tony , we were in the hot tub and she thinks its going to look a lot better in the wall . So in to the wall it goes and to the tubs the fishes go too. once i place the order.

IN island would look a lot better, however it would be a lot better in wall plus the water access is in the Luandry room and to run a Rodi Line would be a pain....

well after talking with the builder Im going to be building the tank here on site for the ease of transporting it. And after talking with a buddy of mine about where the tank is now and some of the humid problems that i have been having it in the furnace room and since I have bought a dehumidifier and had it down stairs was getting nothing , now when I take it upstairs i pull a crap load. REASON, the humid air is making its way up stairs.

there is a CATCH.... see I get to move the 60" and put in on the wall and get to move the tank out in the open on the far wall where we have the TV. . SO its going to be something like Parker's but with a tower to hide the stuff. on the end with a fake door to Enter.

So im looking for some skinning idea for the wall /stand I was thinking of the cultured rock...

Mike,
You could look for a faux siding product like Genstone:

http://www.genstoneproducts.com/about/canadian.htm

It might depend on what's available in your area.

ok so I have moved the tv from the tank wall and still going over plans on what way this is going to be built. This is what i come up with. the right side will have a tall cabinet that either will have click on magnets or a hinge like the ones on the left.

Oh my goodness.. Seriously, it's bigger than your head! There's not a supertanker out there somewhere missing a bilge pump is there....?

That is one serious bit of hardware...
