![]() Sam, I can get thru using the 223.195 and 223.212 servers. If everyone else can run the ipconfig /all command (or winipcfg from the start > run box on some Windows) we can see if we all use the same DNS. I notice noone on RC has complained of this yet. Just Shaw people I think.

![]() Darren, open a command window first. Start > Run type "CMD (without quotes) and then type ipconfig /all

![]() For those who can access the website by IP address (text only) but not domain name, we pretty much know for sure its domain name resolution problem. The reason people see "X" instead of the actual images is because when you look at the HTML source code, those image's URL's contain the domain name. Since we don't have domain name resolution, the browser can't find the image to download and so it puts the "X' there.
