What Im thinking,is a few guys sitting around a table drinking beers. One goes to take a leak, and the others devise a practical joke.2 days and 100 calls later, they let him in on it,so now he just says its sold.

Whatever the real story is, it sure got us going. One of those "too good to be true" things. And it was!

Default Large Aquarium....I may be the culprit!

I was searching Canreef for some miscellaneous items and came across this thread from 2 years ago. Strangely, it sounds like the tank I built for my wife and I when we lived in the NW part of Calgary before we sold the house. I built the basement around it. I don't imagine the fellow was too impressed with removing it, because it could withstand an earthquake. It was a bit of a science project, and when I sold the house, it wasn't quite complete. If the guy wasn't a 'mad scientist' like myself, he probably would've been frustrated and destroyed it instead of figuring out my 'franken-tank'. I have never posted photos before, but if anyone is interested, I have the construction documented and I could share them?
