A great idea was reccomended to me by Doug (pinhead) on Canreef. Seeing as the last meeting was a bit crazy when it came to trading.
 Each member will get a name tag as they enter the meeting and frags and macro algae they bring for buy/sell/trade will be written next to their name on an large "availabilty chart" on the wall. This will make trading a bit more fun and organized. It helps the people who haven't met eachother before get in the action aswell. I will setup heated holding tanks for people. Doug will be in charge of this and setting it up. Any questions can be directed at him. A PM will work. Thanks.

Chris (poccilopora) to answer your question, no, the meeting will not be held at Ocean Aquatics but pretty close. There is very large and open restaurant around the corner that I will be looking to rent for the day. There is also a large meeting room beside that restaurant so either or will do. There is lots of parking here so I think it all works out.
I want to make this a bit more than a crowded basement meeting although those are fun too!  Having the meeting near the shop will make organizing group orders on livestock a bit more feasible. That way I can acclimate and hold them in the tanks ready for pickup. I can also do a WaltSmith order if you acro nuts, like me, want. Input? Any idea's and opinions are open to discussion. Thanks.
