Rock was in there for a few days before I added the start up.

Yea the black really makes the colors pop. I have the black sand and love it. Photos turn out way better to.

I will snap a few pics of the whole shebang tomorrow when the room is well lit from the sun. Still have to finish the section directly above the tank yet.
