Advise on tank bully

Hello all!
I am needing some advise, I just brought home a yellow tang today, he seems to be settling in very nicely, but suddenly my Picasso Clarkii clown is being a real a$$!
He keeps chasing him around! I know the tang could hurt him good if he wanted, but he doesn't seem inclined. Is it normal for this breed of clown to bully a different species? Thanks!
