![]() Here is Tunze's reply (from Reef Central): "The Nano Wavebox is probably your best solution but despite the look of the wave, 1.5" would provide great flow. You could try 15V but I think the Nano Wavebox will work better. The corals will adapt but it is important that they be secured in place so they cannot fall down."
I also asked if I could get a medium-sized wave since all I seem to be able to produce is 1.5" (or more) or nothing. So I think I will just see how the corals adapt in the next week or so, and if that doesn't work I will ask my friend if he wants to trade for his Wavebox Nano. I can move the Birdnests to the other side of the rock arch. they will probably be happier there. I will try trading spots with the Acros. I think the Acros will handle it since they don't have very big polyps. The Stylo looks better today, but still isn't impressed. Pfff...finicky corals! My Duncan is choked, and my Euphyllias aren't too happy. Maybe they will all get used to it. Thanks for the offer Brett, but I will try to stick it out. ![]() |
