I am not aware of promotional salt, so you have to update me on that. As far as price matching, in the early days when I dealt with Petland, they were always ready to match prices. Therefore, I thought they still might today. It does not matter a great deal to me, as it is easy to go to Big Al's after work. I am halfway there anyway.

I am only aware of the 2 stores in Vancouver with sale prices & free mini-jets at ~50 dollars a bucket. These have been mentioned in recent threads. I am hoping that our local shops will get in on what appears to be a promotion by the supplier.

So after all the nattering, it is $77.56 from J&L, complete with a powerhead for which Wai's charges $40.00. That is delivered to your door. That sounds like a good deal to me , so I ordered a bucket.

Well like I said I ordered it, and it arrived today. Right to my my door, all for $77.56 C/W powerhead. Great deal.

King Ed's is in Burnaby, BC. Burnaby is close to Vancouver.
