Is vodka (carbon) worth doing on a small tank? Is it similar how carbon helps freshwater plants thrive?

Does anybody know the quantity of each if I were to dose just vodka and vinegar?

Just use the same as you would with VSV, skip the sugar. 4:1 vodka:vinegar.

Today is my 3rd day of the VV mixture. I will take before and after pics so u guys can see if it works or not
