Sounds to me like you need some anonymous friends to collect some gear.
We had an issue here a couple years ago where 'so-and-so' walked away with almost everything, legally ...
It only took us a couple of trips to the yard to convince 'so-and-so' much of this stuff is not theirs.
Too bad you're so far away ... I like causing trouble and collecting things
