I can't remember the exact number but a few years ago I had to pay 300 and change to replace a thermostat!!! The part was as expected about about 15 bucks the rest was labour. They had to take a ton of crap off the get to the thermostat..

Ya that's part of the issue with the hose, it's not in an easy spot to get to and because it's a high pressure hose it's not easy to work with

$539.67 to replace the water pump in my jeep

Then just after picking my jeep, on the way home, a truck speeds by me and throws a rock up at me which leaves a big rock chip in the windshield
