Got an e-mail from burc with pictures of new corals and maxi-mini hes got at the moment....

... So when are we doing another order.... I must have some of those new coral! Though I'd still rather wait for more to choose from LOL

I tried to get those Bright red acans on the 2nd page but their already sold... Damn...

Look at the size of those....they are micromussa not acans.

They look like Acans to me, wouldn't Micromussa have smaller heads than that? What ever people want to call them they are awesome looking

Maybe not Aussie Acans ,I would say Indo acans. I still think too big for Micro.

ya because indo Acanthastrea lordhowensis are smaller than the ones from australia.....

scratches head.

As an update on my order (I ordered with Rogue951), 3/4 frags of acans are inflating and starting to colour up (yay!). The Aussie Hulk acan frag doesn't seem to want to open up... any ideas?

Its in the top third of my biocube, 2x36w PC lights, med-med-high flow

My Aussie maze has not improved. I received mostly a skeleton with some flesh and was hoping more flesh was tucked away waiting to emerge but alas it looks thin still.


Anyone have experience with this coral? Will it recover? It is in good light now but I could raise it higher if needed. It could not be tempted to extend tentacles after dark with my usual after dark feeding.
