I had it in Hong Kong when I was younger, I remember seeing them live in tubs at street markets.

Saw a lot in the markets in Bangkok. Some were huge! I ate them in Cambodia, where they sell them by the tray on the beach. Lime and black pepper seasoning. nom nom.

Well I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that I get one in as a hitchhiker. I'll raise it up nice and big, then I'll poach it with some butter! My tank will be the world's least efficient aqua-culture set-up.

I don't know if tank raised in ur reef would have the best taste, but maybe I just picture eating a fish from a lake in the summer and the mud taste

I preferred them over lobster because i found their meat is little bit sweeter. Also you get more meat out of them than lobster for the same price you pay :-)
