  What is this little guy? Kinda looks like a snail?    And what the hell is this thing? it is pretty hard, but has a bit of give, translucent, and seems to be growing..

Critter looks like a Stomatella snail
DON'T pop the bubble algae  I use a siphon hose to dislodge and remove it
