OUCH: wife's Rogers blackberry
Wife handed me her blackberry bold and asked what is this. She got 4 texts at the same time from Rogers. First stating her bandwidth is used up, second stating a $50 overage charge, then $100, then $500
I almost fell over. Just got off the phone with them twice. Called a second time just to validate the first answer. If anyone on Rogers with blackberry got the text, it was an upgrade issue. No worries as they said, and it only affected blackberries.
