nope not yet, I didn't want to untill we sorted out all the details with everyone... I am also waiting to see the availability of some items... so what would be the best way to do this? everyone pay separately, 1 person pay for everything?

he way we have done it before was for one person to do the ordering by telling J&L who it was for. The they bagged it with that person's name on the bag, and the shipping cost broken down on that person's invoice. This way it is up to the person who places the order to pay for it and collect from the individual who is ordering.
Another way would be for each person to order separately, and put on their order that it is for the Calgary group order.
Whatever works for you.

I have sent in my order for the above already asI will be heading out of the house shortly and do not want to miss out. I did mention to them there was going to be a group order under Sean for Calgary, but did not have a last name

Sean -

When you order yours please make a reference to Jim Hribnak's order I have already placed to make sure I am added to your shipment.

Easiest way to do it is we each phone in our order and tell them it's for the calgary order. We each take care of paying sepratley and then they will have an invoice for each of us in the box and they separate the shipping charges amongst us as well.

The hardest thing about these big group orders is picking them up and organizing a day for it to be shipped.
