Sure, you should be able to take delivery in December '12.

I can't imagine anyone that would get them, err, I actually have a customer that would consider a pair. Once the husbandry information is worked out.

Sea Dwelling Creatures in Los Angeles is one of the largest marine wholesalers in the US, it's not really "the guy who has them". They import livestock from around the world, and distribute to retail stores across North America. I would venture to say that most of us hobbyists have a fish or 20 that came from SDC.
