Good question! We are very behind from our original goal to open but we want to do things right the first time. Our biggest challenge now is to plumb three tanks and get them cycled.

I don't want to guess but I would think 2-3 weeks, maybe Paul can correct me if he thinks it will be quicker or further out.

Store front looks great! I hope you guys have a three day weekend grand opening or some such event to kick off. Many lower mainland and Fraser Valley reefers are itching to see a "Coral Boutique".

Default Store Front

Hey Guys/Gals,

The store is coming along nicely albiet slower then anticipated. We've managed to finally overcome the original flooring issue and have finished painting the walls, ceiling tiles and floors.

The exterior has also been refurbished and we've added a yellow colored door just in case you miss us driving by.

The little wet spot that you see in the photo is from the sign installer. He needed soap and water to help position the window logo and frosting. I should have waited for the water to dry before the taking the pic but I was a bit excited and wanted to share this with you guys. Maybe I got too excited and peed on the concrete....you'll never know

Anyways, whats up next is the top signage and base boards. We're contemplating on whether or not we needed to add insulation to the ceiling joists so if any heating/cooling experts are reading this, maybe you could point us in the right direction.

This weekend, I am really really hoping for the tanks to be plumbed and by early next week we should see water in them.

We'll be doing small interior renovations as time and money permits and hopefully by spring we will be full of livestock and dry goods.

We really appreciated everyone's support in purchasing livestock and dry goods with us as this would not have happened without you.

Thanks so much and we will certainly have a Grand Opening Sale. Maybe I'll even cater it with hot dogs and burgers. Yummm.

I'll post more pics as we progress further.

Cheers,

Paul

I will definitely stop by next time me and my friends come to BC. The store is going to be awesome Paul.
Man, you sure know how to appeal to people, always go for the stomachs! Thanks for the tea and fresh cookies last time!! Great hospitality! I will take some pictures of the goodies I picked up to update you on the progress.
