Here is the information about the item. Is less than a year old, comes with a bit of extra media, has upgraded air pump for skimmer, and has heater put in it. $200 FIRM. Works excellent, just don't have a tank to run it on.

I have found that this system works better than a cannister system as you can see the filters, and it helps to oxygenate the water better.
