![]() Not that I consider myself mighty, it just seemed like a catchy title
![]() It's been a rough couple of weeks for me, I treated my tank for redbugs at the beginning of december and 2 days after the second treatment I got an outbreak of cyano and dinoflagellets. Just after christmas I woke up to find my fastest growing acro had rtn'd in the night, I tried to frag off the few bits remaining but it was too late ![]() I have a couple of acros that have tissue peeling from the base (stn) and I have a couple of acros with tissue peeling from the tips. My slowest growing acro is going through a great growth spurt and has never looked better and my big stag, other sps and my montiporas are carrying on like absolutely nothing is wrong. I have done a 30g water change every 48hrs and I am cleaning my skimmer often to keep it at optimal performance. Now it's just a waiting game to see what will recover and what will succumb. I figure the interceptor must of killed off some critters that I had lots of and that released major nutrients into the water column. Sorry for the long post I just had to rant Last edited by marie; 01-04-2008 at 02:12 AM. |

![]() Ugh. That sucks, Marie. Sounds like you're doing everything you can do, though.

![]() Yea it sucks, i don't want to look at my tank at the moment
before ![]() After ![]() a pic of some of the damage, I've blown the dinos off twice today ![]() ![]() And yet the frag I got from Tom a couple of months ago is growing like a weed,it was just a stick and now it has 6 points ![]() |
