WestJet does not allow sw fish/corals on except with their cargo carrier. It will cost an extra $75 or so. Went through the same thing with WestJet last year with CindyT. Pain in the buttocks because she had called ahead & gotten an "a-ok" from their customer service rep, then when she gets there they said no way. I had to drive all the way back to the airport, pick it up & send it through their cargo on their next flight. Totally PITA snafu.

Hey Joel, do you know an older, say, early 40's late 39's guy named Ross? He works in the baggage at Calgary International Airport for westjet aswell. I work with him at his other job, NAPA.

I've heard for a while that West Jet is a no go when it comes to carry on aquatic stuff. I've not had any experience but I remember some people saying that Air Canada will allow you to do it.
