Ya I gotta agree with the lighting.... take it from those that have spent the cash... PC's are great for mushrooms and softies, some people DO keep LPS under them, but to really get great health & growth buck up for the MH's... I have the Coralife Aqualight Pro, (2 x 96W PC actinics, 2 x 150W HQI 10,000K MH) over my 72g bowfront softie tanks, and things are doing WAY better than when I was using the fixture you're thinking of using... I know it's more money up front, but well worth it IMO... For flow maybe go for a couple of 820's... I have one in my 72 along with 2 Maxijet 1200's, a 900 and a 600 on a Red Sea Wavemaker Pro... everybody loves it, and I have no sand blowing around...

Have to agree with everyone else on the lighting. Buck up now or later - it will cost less to just do it right from the start for what you want to keep. That way you just buy one more expensive light fixture instead of one cheaper one and one more expensive one. Trust me I have been there.
On the flow I am a huge Tunze fan so if it were me I would go with a 6000 on a controller.

hmm well looks like im looking for a cople 250 watt halides then what should i be looking for pulse/probe/hqi all that i have no clue

and i guess i should see if there is ne interst in my current lighting

comes with 3 65 watt atinics and 1 10000k-used about 3 months(i was told by the person i bought it from) and 2 brand new 65w atinics

i have also been looking at the tunze 6060 for the extra $ i think i will go for this rather than the seio 1500

dude it will be a sandstorm in your tank with a 1500 trust me, unless you go bb and sps that is overkill. it will whip the snot out of lps.

I have a 1500 in a 42 cube with a SSB. I have it pointing into the rockwork and had to do a bit of rearranging of rock so I wasn't blowing sand but after that no problem. Nothing in the tank yet as I just set it up on the weekend. I am going to be changing it out with my Tunze 6060 though just because I like the flow of the Tunze a lot better and it is easier to direct the flow using the magnet attachment.
