Some Good News? Home Depot just agreed to buy Litemor. Will lighting equipment prices go down? At least, it'll be easier to get lighting equipment (VHO and PC) now since there are Home Depots everywhere. Bad news of course is that the number of Canadian businesses keep dwindling as they keep getting aquired by US companies.

Actually I'm not sure what I think of that. I could see the selection at Home Depot not changing what-so-ever, and the Litemore's just closing ... thus leaving us with one fewer place to find the specialty lighting stuff. That's just my pre-second-cup-of-coffee-in-the-morning-pessimism though, hopefully that won't happen.
