I have seen many RFQ's where clients are demanding proof of education for all employees. Trades, Engineers, Accountants etc.
People can only be swept under the rug for so long once you get audited by the clients semi regularly.

I agree with your last two posts. Your education is very important, and in the end it will determine who stays and who goes.
What I was trying to get at was, most companies will find a way to hold on to a "valuable" employee. I think we can both agree that if a client is demanding proof of education, they're looking at the majority.

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

I got my red steel fab and B pressure welding, from bcit. The first year was learning read drawings, trig revue and basic line development, for forming plate.
All good skills to have, and its only 5 weeks.
