Do you have your receipt showing when you purchased the tunze pump?

I know the distributor, send me a pm.

tunze@sbcglobal.net - i emailed here when I was dealing with my skimmer, they should be able to help you out with any warranty issues. Its down in the US, but this was not a problem.

I think at this point you might have to contact Steve up in Edmonton as all but his store has closed.

I agree with others, don't jump to conclusions. I am sure Kevin will eventually come on board and let us know what is happening.

I chatted with Kevin for several hours a few weeks ago. He was telling me he wanted to expand the back of the store for holding tanks, as well as a few other great ideas. Im sure this is only a temporary closure.

I can't speak for Kevin but I've made arrangements with him in regards to clearing out a majority of my zoanthid collection (This makes me doubt he has closed his doors).

Kevin is one of the hardest working people I know of, give him a little time and I'm sure he will provide a more concrete answer.
