There was a major frag buying frenzy in the fall/early winter from a lot of different vendors.. I believe this one may have come as a frag pack from a vendor out east who happens to like to "frag a lot". A lot of his frags came in virtually colourless or brown but have mostly all coloured up now.

Nope. The only thing that's added is two-part (alk and calc) from a doser. Although, I guess I do add bioPellets as well when they deplete every 6-8 months.

Most of them, yes. I think there are only 2 or 3 that are not top downs but for the most part they are top down.

it took me about 3 days but i finally made it through this whole journal! amazing work man, inspiring tank for sure. I love the rock work being centered in the tank so it looks fantastic from all 3 sides. Very well done man. Congrats!

I think you need to tear it all apart & re do the tank as well but this time a closed loop is a must.
