Default Frag Prices

I think I did not express myself clearly on what I considered a frag and this lead to some confusion. My frags are more like a mini colony on live rock than what is typically offered for sale as "frags" on ceramic plugs. In talking with the stores I sell them to, some mentioned they were fragging them again and selling for $30 each. Other stores sold them for $50 to $65 depending on size and growth shape. All the stores said the pink and blue milli is an exceptionally rare coral that they have only ever seen from me.

I think the solution is to offer my customers a choice on how they want the frags. Presently it is just mini colonies on live rock but I will now be offering a frag on a ceramic plug like everyone else does. Prices for frags on ceramic plugs will range from $10 to $30. I will post some pics of the other mother colonies I have and the prices for a ceramic disk frag. These frags will be between 3/4" to 1" and may not have any branches.

There will be some Aussie frags available to. I just got a shipment monday night of Aussie acros and LPS. I will post some pics.

some blue zoos - this is a picture of the colony - 3-4 frags of these

A nice size piece of Chalice - again this is the colony - only one of this
Attachment 9298

Frogspawn - various size pieces
Attachment 9299

a nice frag of Horn coral

Some fuzzy mushrooms. Have a couple on a plug but also have some on larger chunks of rock with purple star polyps if anyone is interested

Has anyone called the UFO frag yet? Spencer fell for the sick excuse and gave me some time off to visit the doctor. Odd enough he also is giving me an sps colony to raffle off!
