Dave ... That is the strategy I have employed so far and it is a good one ... send as many CS as you can because it is a long travel time outside of your star system so getting PP's there takes awhile.
Trevor ... There are 2 ways ... one is friendly sieging ( have not figured that out completely yet but you will need a friend to make that work as they have to siege your top planets but they dont send transports ) or use Colony Ships ( remember to send at least 2 or more as they wont disband if there is only one ) The way I look at it is that if it costs the same in PP's to take a planet up a level then I spend it there but if I can build CS and transfer PP's to a junior planet and get 2 or more levels for the PP's spent then thats what I do eg. if main planet needs 288 PP's to go up a level like cybernet for example but I can use 240 PP's instead and ship them using 4 X CS to a newly acquired planet ( = 60 PP's ) ... then I could potentially raise my cybernets by 4 levels on the new planet with 9 PP's left over So I have cybernets up by 4 for less than the cost of raising it by 1 on the old planet

Below is a email from a planet in my first galaxy, any advice?
"I am offering an alliance with the ghost people. Our race has been banished from our original star system and we are searching for our homeland. We hope you will be able to assist us. You will find that we will be of equal value to you. Please consider. My fleet of battleships are waiting... Commander for the ghost people, ghostaura" He is the biggest player in that galaxy What to do? My fisrt contact. Dave

Well I would think that all that you can do is trust someone like that, the crapy thing is if you tell him to %*ck it you will die, if you let him in you could die OR they could help you to victory. I would take a positive out look on it.
Let em in! (then take all there A$ and send it to me  )

Get him to define the terms of the alliance ... is it informal or formal ... what does he/she propose ? ... trade agreement ? ... help in battle ?

I have physics at 13 and social at 10. everything else is at 4 or 6.
trying to get physics up to 15  next to raise will be math I think. get math up to 15 or so. less battle losses... I have 6 planets only  by late tomorrow or early next day I will have 7 tho. culture is sooo slow to rise. I am only 2533 now...
