It's probably about a foot. I got it when it was only about 4". I'm scared of top down pics now because 2 weeks ago my phone lost the battle with salt water.....but if you flip a few pages back in this thread, there is a top down pic of the clam taken quite a few months back. It is a bit blurry though.

I'm sad to say that up close it is even less epic as I've had cyano in think tank for about 2 years. I gave up on the cyano after my last scuba dive trip to Cozumel and saw red cyano covering the bottom of the ocean floor but the corals still thriving. Lets just say I'm going for the "natural" look. Haha.

Just a pic of a frag I mounted on the glass a few years ago. This is Snappy's deep purple valida.

That looks cool. How'd you get it to stick to the glass?

I mounted the original frag onto a little magnet. So the magnet is still in there somewhere. After it had encrusted, I took the magnet off of the other side of the glass.

Mine looked like junk for the first 2 years. I didn't see how it was purple. Just the tips were purple. But then it slowly got more and more purple.

These 2 photos are a 4 year update I guess. I got water in the tank 4 years ago on August 16. The rose anemone split a few weeks back. That's about all for the update. Enjoy and thanks for looking.
