Well I went diving on Saturday and went with SeaDragon Charters out of Horseshoe Bay. We dove off Bowyer Island and Anvil Island and It turned out to be a outstanding day of diving.

The visibility was quite good, I'm guessing around 50 ft. The second dive I came across a seal at around 55 ft and it checked me out for a bit before taking off. That's the first good look I have had at a seal, usually they stay just far enough away that it's hard to see them in the murky water.

On the way back to HSB we came across a giant pod of Pacific white-sided dolphins, they played in our wake for a bit as you will see.

The first Dive was called The Canyons just off Bowyer Island and The second was called Christine Island witch is just a rock in front of Anvil Island.

You can just make out some seals on the rocks if you use a magnifying glass

Thanks everyone, they were a blast to take.

Treebeard - I don't know what it was, my computer needed a new battery, I borrowed one from the Boat and it didn't have the temp.

Stumbling across the giant pod of Pacific white-sided dolphins was the icing on the cake after some great diving, the coolest part of them for me was when they go on their side to look up at us looking down at them.

If you click on the video links it takes you to vimeo and I have about 10 videos their, my first time trying video.

I don't know if I'll use this thread anymore, I started it a couple of years ago and have a few dive trips on it now. It takes too long to open since it's so large, a real PITA.
