T5 HOs here

ATI and happy

I re-wired my fixture to control all 4 ballasts

1 and 8 Blue Plus
2 and 7 Coral Plus
3 and 6 Aquablue Special
4 and 5 Aquablue Special and Coral Plus

So I run 2 Blue Plus, 3 Coral Plus and 3 Aquablue Special

Your mileage will vary
And you will probably notice I don't use any actinic bulbs

Don't fixate on lights !!!

That combo probably falls under other :-)

And that's why there is an "other" option because there can be so many "other" options ? :-)

The Google will tell you al about T6 which really should have fallen under "other" as well but I recently found some tanks using them.

Ya, my house is warm

I would have liked to build some T5 into my setup, but thought of that AFTER building my canopy 2" too narrow. Oh well.

Plasma, it's out there. And yeah, I'd never heard of T6 either. Mox Nix though, since I still say fluorescent, as good as it is for our application, will become increasingly difficult to source in the future, especially those funky spectra used in our application.

Forgot to include Xenon arc as a possible 'other'.
