Ya!!! And also how did you come to decide on wood rather than cement board?

I am just using pl premium to attach the stone, i know this is not how they recommend attachig it but was way cleaner and more pratical for me. The stone will be brought up to bottom of the bar ledge left a bunch for now for the ledges.
