That sounds like the fixture that seller hobbylighting sells on fleeBay for about $150+tax+free s/h(with bulbs) last time I checked. Pretty sure it is as the features are copied directly from his items word-for-word. In that case it's manufactured by Artemis. Allegedly it's the same chinese company that also makes Odyssea fixtures but without the built-in fan (hence a bit cheaper). And Odyssea fixtures have mixed reviews.

My #1 concern is lack of fan for cooling. 6xT5HO must put out tons of heat. How hot does the fixture feel after being on for 5+ hours? Does it smell? Any signs of things melting?

Having said that, I have been eyeing the quad T5HO fixture from that same seller. I might be interested in your 6xT5HO, but not for $200. Mostly because I can buy same fixture brand new for cheaper on fleeBay.
