Holy cow. You only got that frag a few months ago and it was like a single 1" branch. The one that I still have in my tank is about the same size in those months but yours has grown 5 times. Incredible.

Now that I've got my nitrate to <25 and have lightened up my fish bioload, my corals are starting to pick up speed in growth. I hope to have similar growth rate as you soon.

Alright, for comparison, here's my green humulis (on the left). They were the same size when you got yours and obviously, yours has grown much faster. Its clear I think that the huge amount of organic waste in my tank has prohibited growth in my acros.

Thanks everyone! Alot of it has to do with Adam's photography.

Sam, I guess I'm lucky getting good growth these past couple months! One thing you'll notice though, is that mine doesn't have nearly as much polyp extension as yours. That goes the same for almost all my corals

Here's my top down of the green Humulis. No comparison.

You can see high nutrients is BAD for monti caps. Well, the situation is much better now and green monti cap (bottom left) is regaining its green color and tissue is coming back.

Its kinda nice now not having to dumping tons of fish food into my tank twice a day.

Cool Mason, I wondered when you'd post some of those pics!

I must say, for the age of this tank, it is probably the nicest tank I have seen in person. I have no idea how you get some of the colours that you do.
