Anyone have icecap 20K bulbs?

My 250W Radium needs to be replaced soon, so I'm looking for bulb aternatives. While I absolutely love the Radium on my HQI ballast, I do feel that change is good. So I've been looking at the 20K Icecap bulb, but am wondering if people have any feedback on these guys? Or, are there any other 20K bulbs you could recommend to me?
